In addition to supporting VoIP, it handles TDM and hybrid environments. The company has partnerships with
Cisco (the only call accounting company to by recommended worldwide by Cisco) and Nortel
(Avotus are the first company to gain software certification for Nortel’s MCS 5100 multimedia server).
