   HYBRID CONSUMERIZATION AGILITY
Hybrid delivery demands new ways to operate,
optimize, and adapt
• Ensure the success, security and integrity of end-to-end business processes
• Connect, instrument and automate thousands of assets across IT
• Correlate insights to optimize decisions and IT investments

Real world IT Black Swan
―…executives decided to migrate to a
  single system.

  ―…less than $5 million. ―

  ―…the company took a $192.5 million

However IT can perform better

                     2 in 3 projects fail
                34% not aligned to strategy
         Over 80% lack documented requirements
2-8 weeks to provision code change
End-users detect 75%+ of production outages
               10+ hours to restore service
            Costly, high profile security attacks
Explosion in rich and structured data
              Increasing compliance burden
HP SOFTWARE POINT OF VIEW
Every business leader—including IT—has or
should have a performance system.
It can and should be digitized and automated.
It’s important that its coverage is comprehensive.
And cascaded and connected throughout the
organization.
It can continuously improve by featuring best
practices from the broader professional
community.
IT leaders need a performance system

Editor's Notes

  1. Welcome. I am ____ from HP Software and I would like to speak to you today about a topic we’re seeing as an important theme across our customer base, the imperative for ongoing improvement in IT performance – by this I don’t mean speeds and feeds, but everything from how IT services are planned through to their quality, availability and security. As you may know HP Software is the 6th largest software company in the world, working with over 50,000 enterprises across every industry. We’ve gained a lot of insight from today's enterprises .What I want to share today draws on our deep experience helping IT organizations like yours to perform better.
  2. As we work with today's enterprises, we’re seeing common themes about what they’re facing in their environments – both broadly at a business level, as well as at an IT level.Let’s begin by looking at some of the broader themes impacting enterprises globally:Evolving Business ModelsTechnology disruption, globalization and demographic shifts are opening up opportunities to create new business models. For example: ‘As-a-service’ models are driving new ways to purchase and consume software.Emerging economies have leapfrogged “land line” communications to go directly tomobile computing, and are increasingly pioneering innovative electronic financial systems such as mobile payments. Younger customers who have grown up in an era of always-on access to information are similarly demanding business model changes by businesses and government agencies alike.Compliance and RiskIn an era where people expect access to information anytime, anywhere, compliance and risk are ever more important considerations for enterprises as well as the government entities that regulate them. Citizens demand privacy protection at the same time as they demand flexibility and simplicity in their ability to interact with businesses and government agencies, creating a need for more sophisticated approach to managing risk, securing information and complying with a changing regulations.Economic UncertaintyFinally, it’s difficult to ignore the constant stream of news about changes in global and local financial conditions. For some the news is positive – high growth, strong profits, lower costs – in other cases the news is less encouraging with potential corporate or national defaults– either way, these changes have a direct impact on investment strategies. In particular, enterprises are looking to more closely match expenses and capacity to demand (via the use of Operational Expense), versus relying on longer term, riskier capital investments (Capital Expense). How are these changes impacting your enterprise?
  3. When we look at the world of technology, we’re seeing an equally remarkable pace and breadth of change, argulably the biggest changes we’ve seen in over a decade. What hasn’t changed is that CIOs and other IT leaders are responsible for ensuring the overall success, integrity, reliability and security of end-to-end business processes. It’s not new, but it has become harder and the impact of failure greater. HybridWhat is new is that increasingly business processes rely on chains of multiple services, some of which are still in your data centers, but more often include services from outside the four walls of the data center – in web services, public clouds and SaaS providers. IT leaders must be able to see, understand and act in this increasingly hybrid world – which requires a degree of up-to-the second insight and automation not previously required. Gartner recently reported that by 2014, CIOs will have lost effective control of 25% of IT Spend. Why is this? Because lines of business are contracting with SaaS providers and outsourcers to accelerate time to availability of new applications and services. But at the end of the day, responsibility for securing those services and ensuring their uptime falls on IT’s shoulders and increasing the complexity of the hybrid landscape they need to manage.ConsumerizationAdding to the complexity is the fact that we all as consumers are bringing our favorite mobile devices—and apps—into the workplace. Today there are over 4 billion mobile phones in use, of which 450 million, over 10%, offer a full web experience andare being used to consume over 10 billion mobile apps today, growing to 21.6 billion apps accessed by over 2 trillion, interconnected and embedded devices by 2020. This all adds up to more pressure on IT to make applications and information access user-friendly and device neutral, while also safeguarding the security and privacy of information.AgilityFor leading enterprises, change is another word for opportunity. Whether that change is business model, regulatory or financially driven, success comes down to how rapidly and reliably an enterprise can respond to change. Technologies such as virtualization, cloud, Web 2.0 and mobility all provide an opportunity to respond to change more rapdily, but only where IT leaders have the flexibility to select the right technology for the job without creating silos or sacrificing control across the entire IT delivery function
  4. Consider the role of IT today. IT leaders are responsible for ensuring the success, integrity and security of end-to-end business processes. Business processes increasingly span services and assets housed not just in traditional data centers, but in private and public clouds as well. So it’s a complex, hybrid world. For example, lets think of a business process such as prospect to quote – think of all the elements of our IT landscape that are involved:I could have my sales contact system run by Salesforce.com on their SaaS offering. My customer purchase records, discounts and other entitlements could be in my SAP system in my own data center. Our lead management system might be running on a public cloud service on the Amazon Web Services cloud offering. And I might have a lead scoring engine running on a private cloud offering hosted out of London. This scenario is pretty common place today, what about in your organization? Now, imagine an account executive about to leave a meeting with a major account in Paris, where they committed to deliver a quote to your customer’s inbox in the next hour in order to make sure they’re able to submitit as part of their quarterly budget approval process. From her mobile phone or tablet she engages the quote system, but something is not working… Is it a capacity problem due to end-of-quarter? Perhaps the SAP system is down or maybe the Salesforce system or the network? Maybe we have a hostile service denial attack coming from a hacker in some other location? Whatever the cause, it doesn’t matter to the account executive – they just need to get that quote out. This is today’s IT hybrid IT landscape and this is the landscape you as IT leader is responsible for planning, delivering, assuring and securing. To be successful, you need visibility and control across all the assets in your domain – software, hardware, networks, even people. You need to be able to turn data about asset-level performance into insights which can help you make better operational and investment decisions andf then automate the delivery of those decisions to the greatest degree possible in orderr to optimize the business of running IT.
  5. Despite the critical nature of IT, most IT organizations have scope to perform better.Industry benchmarks show that over 2/3rd of projects fail to deliver on expected outcomes, even when the project itself is delivered – in other words we’ve met the IT outcome but failed to meet the enterprise outcome. There are numerous reasons for this, depending on the organization: lack of alignment between IT investments and enterprise goalslack of documented requirements (meaning that IT has to guess at what the enterprise wanted in the first place) delays between the identification of business need and application changes being delivered into production Lack of transparency between IT and stakeholders about ongoing progress against Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).Even where organizations can break this bottleneck to rapidly deliver an application, it’s often placed into production with limited monitoring of performance and availability – the result is that end-users detect problems before IT knows about them, a situation made worse by long, costly troubleshooting cycles that can take hours to days to resolve usually at the cost of distracting your best resources from new project work. All of this would be more manageable if the problems were internal to IT, but every enterprise is having to contend with an increased level of external threat and risk from millions of security attacks, an explosion of structured and unstructured data and ever changing regulatory requirements.Something has to change…
  6. It’s our view that every business leader has or should have a performance system (and by system we mean an approach for managing the objectives or outcomes you are held responsible for). Today many leaders may use slides or spreadsheets to communicate and track their goals, but it is our view that a performance system in this day and age should be both digitized and automated. It should be comprehensive (enable you to track and manage all of your goals)And it should cascade throughout your organization (so as a leader, my goals should cascade to the people on my leadership team and then their goals should cascade to their people, etc.).Finally we believe a performance system should be able to continuously improve, not only by tracking how we are performing against our goals, but also how we compare to others in our industry, or even to best practice leaders outside our industry.
  7. Optional slide – can be used to explain the concept of a performance system by using examples from other enterprise processes.Other lines of business have systems for optimizing performance – often each of these performance systems have themselves been integrated to form complete value chains. For example:Marketing has performance systems for lead capture, ranking and activity tracking with the sales force.Sales has performance systems for customer relationship management that track marketing generated pipeline which can then be used to forecast demand.Manufacturing has a performance system for materials and resource planning as well as supply chain automation software that optimizes the planning, manufacturing and supply chain functions in order to deliver what marketing promoted and sales sold. Each of these are powerful performance systems in their own right, but become even more powerful when comprehensive approach is takent to connect and integrate across functional silos. For example, information about what was sold, at what profit and the number of returns or deftects can be used by marketing to plan better products and campaigns as time goes on – in other words, continuous improvement. However IT has traditionally not had a system for managing and optimizing the performance of entire IT value chain and has had to rely on spreadsheets or custom-built software.Don’t just take our word for it, a recentCIO magazine survey found that 4 of the top 10 CIO issues specifically highlight the need for a performance system.
  8. HP Software’s strategy is to help IT always perform better in its mission to enable the Instant-On Enterprise.Toward that end we have an established track record of multi-billion dollar investments in R&D and acquisitions to create and enhance the HP IT Performance Suite – our market-leading portfolio of software that helps today's enterprises -Build Faster-Operate Simply-Store Efficiently-Secure Proactively-and Execute Systematically across the entire IT lifecycle. To help you Deliver Effectively, we combine our software suite with a market leading portfolio of Services, including Professional Services, Education, Software as a Service and Support.Importantly,we’re not only innovating within the individual domains, we’re also investing in process and data integration across the Suite in order to provide customers with greater insight, value and control to achieve results they couldn’t achieve before.Specifically HP has created an open set of foundation technologies and standards that provide the flexibility required to integrate into a client’s established processes and tools, specifically; The Data Model & Scorecard: One of the big moves we’ve made in 2011 was to bring the Suite closer together with the Open IT Data Model and the IT Executive Scorecard, which help IT leaders get visibility into performance against the KPIs they use to run their business. This combination enables today's enterprises to get more value out of their existing investments by integrating data feeds from select products into the open data model and populating KPIs IT leaders can view in the Scorecard.Use case-driven process integration. We’ve seen from customers that processes that span multiple areas of IT are served by having better product to product integrations driven by an understanding of overall process and outcomes desired. To this end, we’re also working with customers to target areas like DevOps, Change & Configuration Release Management, Closed Loop Incident Process with cross-portfolio solutions to solve broader business needs.
  9. Culture of innovation, micro-sourcing and BYOx
  10. Culture of innovation, micro-sourcing and BYOx
  11. Let’s start with how we help IT leaders execute more systematically. At HP we believe this starts with improving enterprise and IT alignment, formalizing enterprise goals and constraints and then mapping them to IT’s capabilities, identifying gaps and making the appropriate trade offs in order to meet budget, time, quality or compliance objectives for both new projects and exisiting services and applications. With our Application and Project Portfolio Management solutions, HP is able to create a single point at which enterprise demand is able to be systematically mapped to IT’s capabilty– people, capital and technology – enabling IT to better identify overlapping demand, duplicate system, resource bottlenecks and systemic risks.By creating an environment of transparency, IT leaders are able to improve the relationship with their stakeholders, reduce waste and improve their abilityt o set and meet expectations. We also combine these capabilities with Financial Planning & Analysis tools for IT Financial Management, as well as the IT Executive Scorecard. Let’s double click on the Scorecard < next slide>
  12. Critical to IT’s success is the ability to translate an agreed, aligned plan into high quality, high performing applications and services. It’s here that HP takes a different approach, focusing not just on the building or operating services, but providing integrated, continuous lifecycle management capabilities that enables IT to automate and optimize the entire application and service lifecycle from planning, to delivery and deployment to the performance, availability and security of running services. This approach allows IT to break the backlog of IT projects, accelerate time to market and increase enterprise agility without sacrificing control or quality. Many organization’s are adopting “Agile” as a concept in their development processes and bringing together Development and IT Operations using a coordinated “DevOps” approach. We believe “Agile” should apply to all of IT.
  13. Most organizations think about Innovation in terms of the applications and services they deliver to support customers/citizens, employees and other stakeholders. Being able to effectively manage the portfolio of existing applications while rapidly delivering new applications and services that are of high quality and meet expectations is a steep challenge in our fast moving world.HP Application Lifecycle Management software provides a centralized platform for managing and automating activities required for the core application lifecycle, and to help drive complete lifecycle management of applications from inception to retirement.  HP Application Lifecycle Management closes the gaps between IT team silos and disjointed work processes related to project planning and tracking, requirements definition and management, application development, functional, performance, and security testing activities, defect tracking, and application readiness for release. In addition, HP Application Lifecycle Management provides complete line of sight across teams and enterprise release trains throughout the core application lifecycle, preparing all stakeholders for the impact of change that comes from application transformation and reducing the “time to know” that can result in errors and lack of delivery readiness.HP brings capabilities across PlanHelping you capture, evaluate and track demands from stakeholdersDetermine the right moves to make in your portfolio (build, extend, retire, eliminate duplication, etc.)Map resources to project needs Build Stay on top of requirements and making sure the code your developers are creating is linked to those requirements Manage the processes around development and create a steel thread between between feedback coming from our performance monitoring to ensure development teams have visiblity Validate, test and QA your applications to ensure they meet functional, performance and security requirements. DeployWe streamline deployment & release processes help you rapidly and continuously role out new apps and enhancements so that your stakeholders can see the impact of your teams’ work. [Note: RFCs = Requests for Comment]Case StudyFor example, Delta and Northwest Airlines just completed the biggest merger in airline history. They combined two huge IT organizations and application portfolios, including websites, frequent flyer programs, and hundreds more..Their IT organization is on a mission to accelerate business outcomes. Their motto, “Speed Wins!” So when they needed to modernize Delta.com - the number one revenue-producer in the entire company - they chose HP Application solutions. And what have they achieved? They’ve cut delivery times by more than 50%. They do critical testing on new releases in minutes instead of days. They became so productive, they freed up 90% of their resources to focus on the cool, new stuff, like mobile and kiosks. With HP solutions, clients such as Delta have cut delivery times and costs by half or more, reduced defects by 80% or more all while providing the enterprise with faster delivery - happy users….less rework….fewer fire drills…and money saved at every turn.Industry Proof PointsThe analysts say, unequivocally, HP Software is number 1 in Application Quality and Security. In Quality, our ongoing innovations have resulted in more than 4X the share of our closest competitors. We’re relied on by 76% of the Fortune 500 use HP, including the top ten banks and telcos. And it’s one of the reasons that SAP uses and resells our solutions with their own clients.
  14. Marquee QC customer also using test automation solutionsDelta Airlines has automated so much of their testing that they cut test time in half.  Remember, we’re talking about a business model that depends on online ticketing.  Their testers spend 90% of their time looking at new code, not checking old code.  They successfully automated enough testing that they were able to take on new responsibilities for kiosks and mobile devices.  And, as all of us travellers know, it’s not because airlines are adding new staff.  The team at Delta did it all – including merging all their systems with Northwest – without increasing the 11-person team they started with.
  15. In HP’s view, the operations team forms a critical part of a DevOps application delivery process and should be an integral part of every release. As the application delivery team iterates through development, testing and staging, the operations team is involved right from the beginning – ensuring that the development team can automate the process of requesting and provisioning infrastructure, that the infrastructure will perform as expected during times of heavy load and that the appropriate monitoring is established in order to detect and correct production problems before end users notice anything.AutomateWith our automated provisioning solution, HP enables operations to create a complete self-service environment that not only provisions and configures infrastructure as a service from public or private clouds, but the entire middleware and applications stack. Once deployed, HP’s patch management helps maintain the currency of the environment all while detecting and protecting the complete environment (server, storage, networking and desktop) from unauthorized configuration changes – making constant compliance an affordable reality.RunOngoing service management processes such as incident, problem and change management are automated with HP Service Manager. An addition to HP service management, HP Asset Manager adds automated capabilities for license compliance, maintenance schedules and IT financial management processes such as depreciation.AssureFinally, service and infrastructure health (both availability and performance) is proactively monitored from an end-user perspective using the very same test cases that were developed for pre-production testing which provides IT operations with early warning of impending problems as well as providing developers with a valuable source of real-world defect and performance metrics which can then be used to optimize application performance in future versions.HP’s Business Service Management (BSM) solution consolidates performance and availability metrics from across the entire enterprise, including from third party tools, which when combined with HP’s unique run-time service model allows an unprecedented degree of visibility and contol across physical, virtual and cloud based applications.Customer ExampleWe continue to innovate IT Operations by applying intelligence to proactively improve performance. For example by feeding a comprehensive set of metrics into HP’s Service Health Analyzer and Optimizer solutions,.companies such as US telecom provider Sprint have been able to reduce the time taken to pin-point a performance problem from 10+ hours to minutes, and also gain a proactive view of potential performance problems with valuable warnings that allow them to prevent the problem impacting users.
  16. The next big new area within BSM is Service Intelligence. This analytics area of BSM offers both tactical decision making and strategic planning. 17. Let’s look at how OMi helps with the various phases of the IT incident management lifecycle, also referred to within HP as CLIP.OMi enables all events relating to the IT infrastructure to be consolidated into one place. This provides complete visibility of all event information that could impact delivery of business services. Events can be generated by HP monitoring technologies such as Operations Manager, SiteScope or NNMi. And also from third party domain managers such as Microsoft SCOM, Tivoli or Nagios. Event integration adapters are shipped with OMi for HP products like OM, SiteScope, NNMi and APM. We’ve also added Storage Essentials and SIM integrations for OMi. Because we can now also integrate Topology from third party element manager we can apply TBEC rules! This is a big benefit for customers and is one of the main reasons the would want to use OMi as their Enterprise console. In addition OMi can handle more than just ‘bottom up’ infrastructure events. In addition ‘top down’ events from technologies like HP’s EUM are also seamlessly integrated, providing additional valuable contextual information for operations staff.Events are correlated to reduce noise and to focus operations staffs on causal events – so that symptoms can be ignored to prevent time from being consumed chasing dead ends. A key enabler for the correlation technologies of OMi is the Run-time Service Model.
  18. With so much information available, spread across so many different access points, the challenge of maintaining visibility and control of the security as well as overall compliance of an enterprise has never been harder. Recogizing this, HP has invested significantly to build a world-class portfolio of security solutions integrated to enable our enterprise customers achieve results they couldn’t achieve previously.Unify the security layersOur starting point has been to unify the security layers. Fortify provides visibility at the application layer (over 60% of recent attacks were directed at the app, not the infrastructure), Tipping Point provides visibility at the network layer, and ArcSight correlate and ties it together for a comprehensive view of security.SecOps – Integrate Security with IT Operations MonitoringOur second priority, tie the market leading security management solution to the market leading distributed systems management solution by integrating log and system eventsaround a common view of the service topology.Process and Executive-level view of Risk & SecurityFinally, roll this unified set of data up to the business process level, so that chief risk and security officers can view and manage risk at the level they are used to.To accomplish this, we connect information from acrossHP products. In this case,HP’s Universal Configuration Management Database automates the process of discovering and mapping network asset information, Fortify source code scanner gives us vulnerability info and in runtime we can get intrusion data from Tipping Point, and real-time application vulnerabilityinformation from Fortify. Where possible, automate the response to threatsThe real pay off for enterprises is when we automate the response to ArcSight correlated threats. For example, we can notify Tipping Point to update its IP blocking to shut down an attack in progress, initiate anHP Server Automation worklfowto update patches and policies or ArcSight to temporarily remove the access rights of a suspicious user account until it has been verified safe.More BackgroundDetect:IdentitiesVulnerabilitiesAssetsMetadataCorrelate (ArcSight)Log activityNetwork Context (Tipping Point)Inform – Provide CISO, IT & Business with an appropriate rollup of risk/security intelligenceProvide context driven notificationRespond – (systems, processes people)Enable the right people to take actions; automate actions based on policies

  20. The IT Executive Scorecard provides a single pane of glass into the HP IT Performance Suite. It enables you to create your organization’s own personalized set of cascading scorecards, so the key performance indicators (KPIs) in a CIO’s scorecard can cascade down into meaningful KPIs their PMO/Finance head, VP of Ops, VP of Apps, CISO and VP of Information Management might then use to optimize performance at their levels. It’s a powerful way to ensure the entire IT organization is aligned to the enterprise’s goals and provide transparency for well-informed conversations with stakeholders.Integrating the Scorecard with Source SystemsThe IT Executive Scorecard is built on HP’s open IT Data Model which contains the data model for the KPIs. HP has already integrated many source systems from across the IT Performance Sute, enabling over 80 KPIs digitally today. In addition, the Scorecard includes a tool for managing data integration for HP or 3rd party products not already pre-integrated, using standard extraction, transformation and load (ETL) capabilities. More info is available in our IT Executive Scorecard presentation, data sheet and training materials.

  23. The IT Performance Suite Foundation enables an enterprise to move beyond point tools to a comprehensive, connected and flexible performance suite. Starting by building on common data model and then integrating portfolio solutions. In order to maximize R&D investment and to speed time to market for our solutions, HP is also focused on developing and delivering a unified technology foundation that is leveraged across HP Software. This foundation addresses four primary areas…Visualization (UI) and Decision Support (Analytics):  Common dash-boarding and reporting platforms. We are leveragen a User Interface “mashup” capability (similar to the experience you have when using Google Maps to overlay business information on top of location data) that enables a common approach to creating dashboards across the IT Performance Suite (for example Executive Scorecard, BSM and SM).Data Integration:We are very focused onintegrating the portfolio. Data level integration is a big part of this.We have a the Open IT Data Model for integrating KPI data from source systems. We are also use the Universal CMDB (configuration management data base) as the vehicle to share both element and service level configuration. Content, Community & Collaboration:  HP LiveNetwork is a capability that allows HP and 3rd parties to deliver content 24/7. We will continue to expand the use for both content delivery and as place to foster community among our customer base.IT Process Automation:In the IT process automation area we are highly leveraging HP Operations Orchestration as address process level automation across the portfolio, such as Closed Loop Incident Processing (CLIP), or Continuous Change and Release Management (CCRM) processes. We also package many best practice processes (over 4000) as content that you can use to automate standard IT processes.
  24. Essentially there are two ways to think about starting your journey.Current State ForwardOften customers have a fairly good plan in place and/ or just want to improve in some specific domain. It is easy to start with a more tactical view of the problem – the left hand side of the chart. For instance, we need a better visibility in our portfolio of projects, which of them are linked to strategic business outcomes. The process for this would be to analyze the current landscape of tools you have and then map out a project on how to gain that visibility, what KPIs would be most meaningful for you, and what steps you need to take to get to the next level.Work from Desired StateMany customers want to start with their strategic vision and work backwards. Often CIOs need to move the IT organizations to become much more of a strategic business partner – to be a service broker rather than builder of services only. In most businesses, IT plays a pivotal role in every business initiative – think about the importance of IT in mergers and acquisitions – faster IT integration could mean millions on the bottom line. Or in media and entertainment it might all be about time to market of new services. IT organizations need to be designed to meet the fundamental business strategies. This requires a longer term thinking of how to reposition and re-tool IT to become that strategic enabler. Now we start on the right and then look at where we are and what we need to do to reach our end state 3 years down the line.Either way we have expertise and workshops to help you. Let’s take a look on the next slide…
  25. We believe HP’s approach and IT Performance Suite is unique in the market:Comprehensive – the IT performance suite includes everything from infrastructure to applications – from development to operations — from consulting services to information mgt. — from equipment / technologies to people / processes — every role / perspectiveConnected – the IT Performance Suite orchestrates and manages your enterprise in ways you’ve only imagined were possible. Helping you to provide insights consistently, in realtime, correlated between systems. It takes the manual work out of rationalizing varieties of reports, collections, sensing, and analyzing so that you know your view is current, accurate, actionable, even predictive without having to spend time and money you don’t have to get it. Finally, we coordinate the collection of data and recommendations / actions for automation in context, in order, respecting the causality among elements. And best of all, your goals effectively cascade from leadership through the entire enterprise – connecting everyone in your team to a shared purpose.Flexibility We let you pick the platform (as opposed to the vendor). Our platforms are designed for the heterogeneous world of today's enterprise: You pick your OSYou pick your hypervisorYou pick your middleware/application server/development environmentYou pick your databases and applicationsYou pick the data feeds for your scorecard (For our IT Executive Scorecard, our data model is open, enabling you to create integrated performance views into not only the data from our software, but also those of other third parties – even competitors). And most importantly our modular approach is based on solutions that work out-of-the-box and can be rolled out and evolved over time to continuously match your particular needs
  26. Our recommended starting point is to schedule a workshop with you and your leadership team. In addition, or if you are not ready yet for a workshop, you can join our community of experts where people like yourself are sharing and driving discussions around these topics. We also have a number of online assessments for you to take a quick survey to compare where you are versus others that have taken the survey and get a useful report on some of the areas you might want to focus on to start your journey. And if you’d like, your local account representative or field marketing representative can keep you informed of upcoming events.
