                The PRE-SELECTION package in the advertisement response stage checks that
                candidates possess the objective requisites (pre-screening), offers an initial round of
Pre-selection   customised questions (killer questions) and runs an evaluation test of their skills. It
                also manages the creation of CV archive files, managing them through a selection pathway
                set by the user.




                The SELECTION package provides objective candidate evaluation tools due to
                assessment modules with access to Giunti OS tests and Six Seconds. It also automates
                all time consuming operations: calendar synchronisation, organisation of interviews,
