23. a Drop of the Hard Stuff Hot Whiskey Punch 1.5oz (Lemon infused) Irish Mist 1.5 oz (Lemon infused) Michael Collins Whiskey 1.5 oz housemade spiced lemon sherbet Heat in a saucepan and serve hot in a teacup. Garnish with a butter-soaked pilot biscuit.
48. a Drop of the Hard Stuff Barmbrack - 1/2 oz Carolans Irish Cream - 2 oz Michael Collins Single Malt - 3/4 oz Lustau Pedro Ximenez Sherry - 1 tsp St. Elizabeth Allspice Dram - 1 tsp cane syrup - 1 whole egg yolk Shake well over ice serve in a Sherry glass. Garnish with freshly grated nutmeg.

Garnish with an orange twist.
