function in society. We all need help,
mentally, as well as spiritually and
physically.

• After all, we are supposed to see the
dentist twice a year and to get an
annual physical exam.
• What about your mental health?

“either-or thing”
in which you are
“crazy” or you are not.

Unlike mental health,
there is no “in between” when you are pregnant.

superficially but does not truly resolve the problem
and make it go away
