Body language is a vital form of Non-verbal communication. Verbal and Non-verbal communication both has its own importance but the researches have proven that Non-verbal communication plays a significant role. Body movements can be used to reinforce or emphasize the said statement of a person. And also offer information about the state of the mind, emotions and attitude. However, it is also possible for body movements to conflict with what is said. A skilled observer may be able to detect such discrepancies in behavior and use them as a clue to what someone is really feeling and thinking. When you use positive body language, it qualifies to the verbal messages or ideas that you want to convey, and help you to avoid sending mixed or confusing signals whereas confused and puzzled body language will lead to negative impact.
