Editor's Notes

  1. The red flame in the Confluence Logo symbolizes light and knowledge. Graphically the confluence of three rising lines to form the flame suggests an upward progression and growth. The flame is artistically shaped to form the English alphabet ‘C’ for Confluence.
  2. AS I WAS STEPPING INTO NEW, UNKNOWN TERRITORIES I NEEDED THE SUPPORT OF A RESEARCH BASED ORGANISATION TO GUIDE ME THROUGH THE INITIAL YEARS AS I HAD A LOT TO CATCH UP.
