7. CRM Module :
In User can Create a saperated category on the name of Tours offered to the customers in order to identify Tours specific
leads.
Similarly user can assign the mode of Lead received i.e (Direct Or through Agent). A provision for capturing an Agent
Name If a Lead is received from and agent, This will help to generate a report “Agent wise Lead Generated” To grade
our agents.

8. Customer Loyalty :
In Customer Loyalty module user can create theit own marketing campaing for mass SMS. User can generate list of
Customes, Leads, Opportunities based on the Tours they are interested in.

9. Customer Loyalty :
Customer Loyalty module will enable use to send SMS to mass through system. User can create custom messages and
can be sent to mass.

10. Tours & Travels Managment
In Tours & Travel Managment user can defined various start dates for the same tour. Similarly user can define last
booking date and payment due date.
User can also define Total no. of seats & availsble no.of seats for each tour. Cost for Adult & Child can also be maintained
in Tour Details Tab

11. Tours & Travels Managment
Tour Program tab of Tours & Travel Managment allows user to capture day wise, destination wise tour Program with list
of sites seeing.
One can also mention the combination of breakfast, Lunch, Dinner to be offered to the passengers on various days.

tour. This also mentions about the No. of Nights stay at various destinations.
Similary, In order to take care of Visa Processing (for International Tour) system provides a check box to create Visa
process ing tasks for individual. System will create saperate tasks for Visa Processing for the distinct counties listed in a
tour.

13. Tours & Travels Managment
Travel Details tab of Tours & Travel Managment allows user to list out Travel Plans with Journy lenghth in terms of KM.
And Time to finish.

14. Hotel Reservation
Hotel Reservation form will list out all the hotel reservation related tasks. User can list all the tasks based on the staus. i.e
(Draft, Open, Done etc).
System will create saperate record for each of pssenger for hotel booking at various destinations in which night stay is
offered.

This form will carry a Tour booking referance to identify Hotel Booking Task
Hotel Resertvaion Form Will capture the Details of Hotel, Room Type Required Expected Dayte of Check in & Check Out.
This will compute Supplier Invoice & customer Invoice Amount based on the Room type selected.
Similarly, this also captures the list of passengers those will be in Tour.

16. Visa & Passport Processing
Visa Booking form will enable user to list all the Visa peperation tasks foreach of the passengers.
System will create saperate Visa tasks eaquals to No. of Countries involved in a Tour program, for which the customer is
booked for (Refer Green Block)
