5. Day 1:
First day, you are recommended to eat only
fruits.
You can eat your favorite fruits except
banana. For the first day, you should eat only
the fruits and the soup.
You can also drink unsweetened tea, water,
and the cranberry juice as the healthy drink.
Day 2:
Second day is completely the vegetables
which you need to go with.
You have to eat all fresh, raw or cooked
vegetables.
For dinner, you can go with big baked potato
with butter. The entire day, you have to spend
with vegetables and the soup.
6. Day 3:
For the day 3, you have to mix the food
items of day 1 and day 2.
You are recommended to eat all the
fruits, vegetables and soup.
You should avoid baked potato in this
day.
Day 4:
The day four comprises of eating banana
and skim milk.
You are recommended to eat as many as
8 bananas a day and should drink as
many glasses of skimmed milk.
This should be followed with the soup.
This day should exclude all the
sweeteners.
7. Day 5:
The day 5 mentions the intake of beef
and the tomatoes.
You have to take about 10 – 20
ounces of beef and about 6 fresh
tomatoes on this day.
Make sure that you drink about 6-8
glasses of water on that day.
This will help to wash the uric acid
from your body. Beef can also be
replaced with the broiled or the baked
chicken.
8. Day 6:
Day 6 comprises of consuming the
beef and vegetables.
You have to eat beef and vegetables
this day. You can also have 2-3
streaks with leafy green vegetables.
This should also be followed by the
soup. Make sure that you are not
including baked potato.
9. Day 7:
This day is the last day in the cabbage
soup diet plan.
In this day, you are requested to take
brown rice, unsweetened fruit juices,
and vegetables.
Make sure that you are eating your
soup at least once in a day.
