5. 1. Create your own Qlubb Go to www.Qlubb.com Create your group by entering Qlubb name Your email address Group password Confirm password Group type Letters/numbers on the left Click “Create Qlubb” button
6. Congratulations! Now, you have your own Qlubb. Dedicated URL: http://SJSoccerMom.Qlubb.com Group email list: SJSoccerMom@Qlubb.com
7. Go to your Qlubb. Go to Qlubb homepage (www.Qlubb.com) and type your Qlubb name OR Type your Qlubb’s URL name.Qlubb.com (e.g. htpp://sjsoccermom.Qlubb.com) or
8. Login to Your Qlubb. Enter your email address Enter your Qlubb password Click enter button (No individual registration!! Don’t you just LOVE that!)
9. 2. Add members to your Qlubb. Click on the “Members” tab to add or invite members to your Qlubb

13. 3. Create and Organize an Event Click Calendar Click “Add new event” button Type in event information

17. 4. Create a Sign-up Sheet Click “Add task” button Add details (task name, date/time, and number of volunteer) Click “Add” button
18. 5. Create a Standalone Sign-up Sheet Perfect for events and tasks that are ongoing. Classroom volunteers Snack duty Playground duty
19. Create a standalone sign-up sheet Create an event but DO NOT put an event date Go into the event and add tasks. Enter in date/time for the tasks.
20. 6. Email Reminders As an organizer, you can determine who and when members will receive email reminders. Click on “edit” event to configure this. Email reminder Event Assigned tasks SJSoccerMom http://SJSoccerMom.qlubb.com/qlubbs/show goal
21. 7. Invite Others to Your Event Go to the Event and click on “Invite” Customize message (optional) This will send an email with the event and task details to your Qlubb members.
22. 8. Upload photos You can add photos for either the Qlubb or a specific event. Go to either the event or to the Photos Tab Click on the “add more photos” icon Click “Browse” button and select a photo file You can associate the photo with an event or date (optional) Click “Upload Photo” button
