This document outlines the props, costumes, and makeup needed for several characters in a film production. It details the clothing, accessories, and appearance for the main character (a pop singer), dancers, a businessman, an interrogation woman, and a gym guy. It also lists the equipment needed such as cameras, bags, and tripods. Most costumes and makeup will be supplied by crew members Scott and Fiona. Props like chairs, desks, and spotlights will come from locations already arranged like the drama room, office, and gym.
1. Props, Costumes, Make up and Equipment
Equipment needed:

Main Character:
Costumes-Checked shirt (red and black), green/blue chinos, trainers. These
conform to the conventions of the dance pop genre, as the clothes are bright and
colourful in order to make them stand out and also the artists is wearing trainers
as they typically connote dance and activity as they are easy to move in. No
make-up is required.
Props for this scene:Bench
Where will these props and costumes come from: We will find a bench in the
park at Primrose Hill, and the costume will be supplied by Scott.
Dancers:
Both the male and female dancers will wear all black clothing, such as a tank top
and leggings. This it so that the clothing does not distract away from the dancing.
The female dancer will have on light make-up to emphasis her eyes in close-up
shots.

Where will these props and costumes come from: The costumes will be the
dancers own clothes and the spotlights are already set up in the drama room,
where we will be filming.
Business man:
The actor will wear a crumpled white shirt, black loose tie, black trousers and
smart dirty back shoes. This is to represent the frustration from that
environment, as the clothes make it seem his been working none stop and does
not take pride in is appearance because he doesn’t enjoy working there.
Props for this scene:Chair, Desk, Computer
Where will these props and costumes come from: The costume will be supplied
by Scott and the props will be already set up in the office. However, the
computer will be supplied by Rachele.
Interrogation woman:
Long red shirt and leggings with converse trainers. She will wear think mascara
which will be streaked to look like tear tracks-connoting she’s been crying
because she stressed and worried. Also, she will have smudged red lipstick. Her

overall look will be disheveled as if she’s been in that room for a long time and
therefore tired, worn and frustrated.

Where will these props and costumes come from:We will get the chair from the
media department and the spotlight will be already set up in the drama room.
Also, the costume should be provided either by the actor or Scott and make-up
by Fiona.
Gym guy:
Typical training wear, such as, black vest, black shorts and trainers. His face will
be covered in sweat and we will achieve this look by using water before shooting.

Where will these props and costumes come from:Rachele will provide the
bandages and Scott the costume. Fiona will supply the water for make-up and the
punching bag will be already set up in the location.
