Believing
that
it
is
possible
to
make
a
world
in
which
children
won’t
feel
poverty,
violence,
abuse
and
discrimination
over
the
internet,
KompKamp
mobilizes
citizen
will,
financial
means
and
individuals
to
help
make
education
of
children
a
top
priority
in
the
conditions
the
country
is
in
during
the
transition
process,
along
with
big
problems.
Problems
of
the
position
of
children
and
youth
in
our
country
are
great
and
have
grown
especially
in
time
of
the
economic
crisis
and
transition,
they
are
linked
to
poverty
and
are
of
a
national
character.
Out
of
those
problems
some
stand
out,
which
should
have
a
status
of
a
national
problem
priority:
A
significant
part
of
the
population,
and
therefore
children,
are
living
in
poverty;
low
availability,
quality
and
efficiency
of
public
services
for
children
in
the
field
of
kids
health,
education,
children
culture,
increase
of
anomalies
with
kids
–
juvenile
violations,
drug
addiction
and
alcoholism,
various
forms
of
violence
etc.
Education
is
one
of
the
most
basic
and
strongest
leverages
for
social
integration
of
youth
and
for
breaking
the
chain
of
poverty
trough
several
generations.
The
goals
and
actions
of
KompKamp
are
directed
towards:
Establishing
a
system
of
prevention
and
protection
children
of
every
form
of
peer
and
online
violence,
social
neglect
and
every
shape
of
spending
time
on
the
street;
we
form
an
attitude
of
unacceptability
for
violence,
developing
tolerance
by
understanding
and
accepting
difference
and
nurturing
non-‐violent
forms
of
communication,
raising
the
level
of
knowledge
of
a
safe
way
to
approach
modern
technologies,
strengthening
and
supporting
kids
and
families,
acquiring
new
knowledge
and
skills
useful
in
working
with
children
on
computers
using
the
latest
applications
for
computers
and
mobile
phones.
Children
are
educated
and
gradually
become
independent
in
using
modern
IT
tech,
satisfying
specific
needs
of
interest
of
the
children’s
age.
The
themes
the
children
go
over
on
computers
are:
Modeling
and
programming
of
games,
instead
of
just
playing
them
(In
camp,
playing
games
which
were
made
by
the
children
themselves,
or
in
a
team,
are
allowed),
in
creative
workshops
children
go
over
themes
like
addiction
sickness,
violence,
hygiene,
relations
between
genders,
kid’s
rights,
how
do
kids
live
in
other
countries,
future
professional
orientations,
etc.
The
other,
but
not
less
important
part
of
KompKamp
is
the
sport
activity
of
kids
and
various
forms
of
competitions,
thus
building
self-‐confidence
in
the
children.
KompKamp’s
contribution
to
education
is
reflected
in
the
quality
approach
to
IT,
methods
of
non-‐
formal
education
along
with
fun
and
games,
so
our
kids
can
one
day
become
equal
citizens
of
the
world.
The
future
of
every
community
is
greatly
influenced
by
the
way
of
how
learning
conditions
are
provided
to
children.
Child
neglect,
and
ignorance
of
their
needs
leads
to
a
society
of
traumatized
adults.
This
fact
is
often
forgotten,
and
kids
are
a
very
important
part
of
the
earth’s
future
population.
Organizing
and
realizing
educative
and
psychosocial
programs
for
kids,
we
give
a
great
contribution
towards
building
a
modern
and
healthy
society,
thus
raising
the
countries
capacity
for
solving
child-‐related
problems.
Special
goals:
developing
modern
knowledge
and
experience
in
the
field
of
computer
science,
education
of
good
uses
for
computers,
support
and
increasing
the
level
of
knowledge
about
online
violence,
education
about
protection
and
safety
while
using
electronic
machines,
creative
approach
to
working
on
computers
–
programming
games
instead
of
playing
them
–
developing
positive
shapes
of
communication
between
kids
and
getting
acquainted
with
skills
for
stopping
conflict
between
youth,
education
about
multiculturalism,
direction
towards
socially
threatened
groups
and
development
of
rural
environments
by
strengthening
capacity
trough
educative
and
advancement
programs
in
all
segments
of

Evaluation:
It
is
done
in
the
period
from
September
2010
to
February
2011.
The
evaluation
will
be
done
with
focus
on
the
processes
that
secured
quality
on
one
side,
and
the
method
on
which
the
degree
of
quality
is
confirmed.
Evaluation
will
have
the
goal
to
evaluate
the
quality
of
non-‐formal
education
as
such,
and
to
evaluate
the
quality
of
leadership
and
organization
of
this
type
of
work
and
summer
vacation
for
kids
as
a
new
way
and
quality
aspect
of
non-‐formal
education.
The
goal
of
the
project
isn’t
just
to
realized
the
results,
but
to
make
the
end
users
use
them
as
much
as
possible,
in
the
goal
of
improving
educative
–
non-‐formal
work
and
the
educative
process.
Smart
use
of
the
computer
and
safe
surfing
of
the
web
in
children
is
the
end
goal
of
our
camp
education.
True
results
can
be
seen
in
the
following
year.
Because
of
that
it
is
important
to
conduct
active
promotion
of
the
results,
spread
awareness
of
their
existence,
motivate
users
to
using,
publication
informative
material,
etc.
Which
is
the
primary
of
this
project.
Parallel
to
that,
result
use
evaluation
will
be
conducted
as
well.
The
goal
is
to
get
an
indication
of
success,
point
out
flaws,
give
guides
to
further
improvement
and
possibilities
of
use
increase.
In
this
activity,
journalists
will
be
contacted
if
needed,
a
press
release
will
be
given,
publicizing
short
informative
leaflets,
realizing
advert-‐presentation
material,
etc.
Target
6
7. groups
are:
Admission
of
educative
institutions,
end
users
and
a
wider
public.
On
a
national
level
this
project
presents
a
big
investment.
For
it
to
pay
out
in
the
long
term,
it
is
needed
to
use
the
existing
capacities
in
the
most
purposeful
way.
Therefore
it
is
vital
to
give
help
so
users
in
all
fields
can
experience
KompKamp
in
the
right
way,
and
use
the
gained
skills.
The
project
in
this
part
can’t
solve
all
the
problems,
but
can
identify
them,
point
to
the
ways
of
solution
and
support
their
realization.
