5. Sum and Difference
•(a + b)(a – b) = a2 – b2
•Proof:
•Use FOIL Method

6. Square of Binomial Sum/Difference
•(a + b)2 = a2 + ab + b2
•(a – b)2 = a2 – ab + b2

7. Cube of a Binomial Sum
•(a+b)3 = a3 + 3a2b + 3ab2 + b3
•Proof:
•Use Foil and then distributive method.

8. Cube of a Binomial Difference
•(a-b)3 = a3 - 3a2b + 3ab2 - b3
•Proof:
•Use Foil and then distributive method.
