We are a committed team of researchers and practitioners from IIT Kanpur mentored by professors with decades of experience in education. The startup is currently incubated at SIDBI Innovation & Incubation Centre at IIT Kanpur. We have developed an intelligent next generation analytical solutions EMPOWERU & DISHA for Higher Education & Government Schools respectively. “DISHA” is a QUALITY EDUCATION initiative implemented in Giridih District, Jharkhand to improve the learning outcome of students and strengthen the link between teachers and students across the district through e-governance. The mobile application facilitates to track teacher’s & student’s absenteeism, monitor school learning conditions, implementation of government schemes and leave application at the school level while the web portal allows analyzing the above parameters to better decision making.
