Types of Dhatu Sarata ?
• Three types of Sarata of Each Tissue 
• Uttam sarata = Best Quality Tissue
• Madyam Sarata = Moderate Quality Tissue
• Heena Sarata = Poor Quality Tissue
• In Ayurvedic Samhita – Asar word is used but 
in practice Asar i.e 0 % is rare .So better Heena 
sar diagnosis is better

Practical Utility of Dhatu Sarata
• If in the patient –Heena or Madyam sara 
Dhatus are found ,Vaidya must advice Tonics
or Rasayan Kalpas to improve the quality of
Tissue – So Immunity will increase
• Less chances of Illness 
• In spite of blaming Bacteria,Viruses,Fungi –
Efforts should be made to improve Immunity
