7. For Online Refund:
 Payment by Credit/ Debit card will be credited back within 14
working days.
 Payments made by using net banking will be credited back within
10 working days from the date of request for refund.
 For online refund the refund transaction might take 15-20
working days.

8. For Offline Refund:
 For all the other modes of payment the refund will be done by
cheque.
 For orders placed through Gift Certificates of Hytrend.com,
refund would be provided in form of a fresh Gift Certificate /
Voucher of the same value.

9. Cancellation Policy :
 However an exchange is subject to availability of the item in our
stock. Please note that Hytrend's cancellation policy is applicable
only before the shipment is made. Unfortunately, we cannot
cancel orders once the shipment is out of our warehouse for
delivery.
 Any improper order placement (like incomplete address) or due
to any technical difficulties may lead to automatic cancellation of
your order. Please note that the processing fee will not be covered
under the cancellation.

10.  Return of products will be accepted only if the products are
returned in a saleable condition with the tags intact and in their
original packaging, in an unwashed and undamaged condition
 In case of an error in pricing and product information, our team
will pro-actively reach out to you to inform or in case of any
cancellation. In such cases Hytrend.com will return your order for
a full refund of paid price.

11.  Your order will typically reach your doorstep within 1-3 working
days, anywhere in India.
 Also, for all the subsequent purchases of Rs. 799 or more, we
will deliver the order to your doorstep free of cost. A shipping
charge of Rs. 99 will be applicable to all orders under Rs. 799. All
the prices are inclusive of VAT.
 No exchange or refund will be taken once the order is placed.
Refund of the amount will be given only when the product is
either 'Out Of Stock' or 'Not Shipped'.
