tend to be high in areas where there isn’t room

and towns that have too much room tend to be
distributed over large areas. A population reduction
in such an area tends to negatively affect the
outlying areas, leading to dilapidated buildings and
neglected neighbourhoods.
Neighbourhood
Good neighbourhoods share similarities in various
key aspects, including amenities, appearance and
accessibility. An accessible area is ideally close to
major transport networks. A good-looking area will
have quality landscaping, lots of green spaces and
open parks. Lastly, a neighbourhood with social
amenities such as shops, restaurants and schools is
likely to attract more interest than one without.
