6. Don't add too many images. For 2 pages, you can add details like client testimonial,
profiles of founder, co-founder, and other senior persons designation and their
backgrounds including their photos.
7. Quality, Size ,and content of the brochure
Make sure that your brochure is free from blur content and images.
For single page brochure, exceed the width so that it exactly fit the window.
The size of the brochure should not exceed 500kb.

Testimonials– Providing testimonials of clients and candidates build strong positive
reputation. Provide not more than 4 testimonials for 2 page brochure.
Contact– Add contact details; 1 mobile number, 1 landline number, and 1 email id
including employee name and his/her designation responsible for BD.
9. Online Marketing
Once you competed the brochure, upload it to various document sharing sites like

• Website and blog
Also link to other social sites like facebook, twitter, linkedin etc
For email, b2b environment, you can attach brochure with small description.
Hardcore copy- nowadays, hardcopy are rarely used. Instead of hardcopy, many companies
go for PowerPoint presentation for demo.
