After exiting my 19-staff home improvement business, and having experienced the challenges in providing affordable benefits to my employees, I transitioned into the Employee Benefits Insurance Profession because I wanted to help small business owners transform their business. WHAT I DO: I help small business owners enhance their business by providing them access to Employee Benefits that help their business thrive, transforming lives. This, at no direct cost to operating budgets. HOW I DO IT: First, I meet with owners to explore good fit, and benefit needs. Next I meet with employees with the mission of identifying their benefit needs, then educate them on the value of Voluntary
