Rob has over 20 years of experience in design, research and service design. Prior to joining IBM, he worked on design and innovation projects for both agencies and clients. These include, SapientRazorfish, Leo Burnett, DDB and DiamondCluster in addition to Citibank’s Global Innovation Lab and The Museum of Science and Industry where he served as an exhibit designer.
