7. Evaluating a co-working office What are the user experiences of ourco-workingspace and whatare the perceived value factors of the concept? We interviewedusers of the co-workingspaceand held an online survey to gather feedback The customer has obtained a detailed image ofhowpeopleperceive the co-workingspace, whatimprovements are useful and whereuserssee the addedvalue of the space.

Yearlynetworkevent Example:The Professional Playgroundof the Future (June 2009) Over 60 people working in industry, knowledge institutes and government organisations joined to ’see, share, do, create’: learning about playfulness at work and serious gaming, experiencing new technology and exploring ways to use it,while connecting with other professionals.
