Adecco staffing is currently hiring for eBay Enterprises for call center positions for the 2015 peak season. We are hiring in both the Melbourne, Florida and Merritt Island, Florida areas.
2. Customer Service Associate
The customer service associate will handle inbound calls from
various clients, educating and assisting them as they sort
out complex issues and questions.
He/She receives calls one right after another, with little or no
time between calls.
On each call, the Customer Service Associate uses active
listening and problem solving skills to evaluate the
customer’s needs all while using multiple computer
screens.
3. Requirements
• 6 months customer service or sales experience preferably in call a
center or retail environment such as the sporting goods, high-end
luxury, gifting or general merchandise markets
• Excellent computer skills and type at least 35 words per minute
with a high degree of accuracy in both spelling and grammar
• Flexibility to work a non-traditional schedule
• Above-average phone manner, email experience, follow-up skills,
organizational skills, writing skills, and problem solving skills
• High School Degree/GED
• Ability to pass a criminal background check
4. Compensation
You will be compensated for every hour worked. Adecco’s
pay day is Friday and our preferred method of payment is
direct deposit or Bank of America pay card.
• $10.00 English
• $10.50 Bilingual-Spanish
• $13.50 Bilingual-French
(during training you will receive $1 less per hour)

6. Attendance and Tardiness
• Attendance during training is 100% mandatory. You must
be there every day on time during training or you will be
terminated.
• Attendance will be tracked closely throughout the
assignment. Punctuality is extremely important. If a
situation out of your control arises you must call the Adecco
team as well as the TACC number (eBay’s dedicated
tardiness / absent line) to report your tardiness.
