At GRA we like to be upfront about our fees because nobody likes being invoiced for something they are not
aware of. We have a dedicated Xero support team who are available during business hours to support any
questions or queries you may have. We have created a fee structure that we feel will suit your needs whether
you are a small or large user of Xero. This way help is always on hand and you are able to manage costs more
effectively for your business.
There is no cost for an initial setup, data feed and importing our chart of accounts plus various links to Xero
help videos.
Xero training is $75 + GST per hour and generally takes an hour to cover the basics, which can be done on
site, at GRA’s premises or over the telephone.
Telephone and email support throughout the year is $90 + GST per hour
On site contracts are $75 + GST per hour, plus travel (discussed at the time)
You will either be billed 6-monthly or when you exceed $100 at the end of the month, whichever comes first.
All hourly rates and fixed fees are plus 4% office service charge and GST.
