My job at Forrester can best be summarized thus: Undertake primary research (meaning interviews and surveys) and secondary research (meaning mostly desk research) to produce a monthly research report that helps marketing leaders make important decisions. In my particular case, those decisions usually involve content, content marketing, content strategy, and the technologies that support them, as well as general marketing strategy (particularly digital).
