- As all of you that are here know, Mobile is a huge opportunity, but why? …. Let’s instead create our own pool.
- Although our pool expresses the importance of going mobile, it is not enough for enterprises. So let’s identify what are the top vectors for companies to go mobile.
- Now that’ve seen what are the main vectors causing enterprises to go mobile, let’s see some real examples made with OutSystems Platform
- Provides legal assistance to patients
- Liberty seguros insurance company operating in Portugal.
- One of the applications that they have built with OutSystems Platform, and by the way they are true enthusiasts of the Platform, was Liberty Connect. This B2B app, Business to Business, and was created aiming their insurance agents. It enables the agents to get out of their office and look for customers, instead of just waiting for them to get in, allows also to quickly do insurances simulations in the several branches right in front of the prospect/client, and if the prospect/client has already a proposal from another company, it allows the agents to quickly take a picture to the proposal and send a discount request authorization to Liberty, which will be immediate analyzed and approved or not.

Among the huge number of features, this app enables both customers and drivers to be pushed information and allowing them to get to know each other location. Another cool feature is actually the credit card reader add-on that is used, that performs OCR on the card.
