• Conduct a job analysis by asking incumbent to complete a
Position Information Questionnaire(PIQ).
Step-2
• Using the results of the job analysis, develop a competency
based job description.

of competencies throughout human resources processes.

• Difficult to evaluate and analyze the
competencies.
