Prof. Raffaele Zanoli (MA, PhD) is Full Professor at the Polytechnic University of Marche, Italy and a senior principal research scientist with 18 years experience related to consumer and market research and consultancy, primarily in the field of consumer goods (esp. food) and real estate. He is internationally recognised as an expert in organic food consumption and marketing.
