For example in the English e-mail, the conclusion or
affair is written first, etc.

We must clearly convey facts and requests. Because
long sentences and abstract sentences are difficult
for receivers to understand contents of e-mail.

as for English e-mail
For example, "Hi" is informal, "Dear" is formal.

We have to follow receivers lead how to write an
English e-mail when we send e-mail. So, we should
write our English e-mail in consideration of who are
they for(parents, friends, coworker, chiefs, etc).

Currently, the e-mail on company business are
necessary communications. There is no longer any
doubt about this fact. In other words, there is a
possibility that the bad business e-mail cause trouble
in business. Conversely, the good business e-mail
positively influence my status. Thus, we must study
how to write the business e-mail.
