 There are different departments for this reason, it is difficult to
collect information of all the departments within a short period of
time.
 Lack availability of data sources.
 Up-to-date information was not available.
 The bank officer is very busy with their jobs, which lead a little time
to consult with me.

Findings
 87.5% employees are satisfied with their overall compensation
policies
 Employees are satisfied with their maternity benefits
 Employees are satisfied with loan benefits
 70% employees are wanted to stay First Security Islami Bank Ltd.
 Employees are not satisfied with their entertainment leave facility
because they have no entertainment leave facility.
Recommendations
 The compensation should increase so that they can matches their
compensation with their responsibility
 They should ensure the overall job security to the employee by a contract
sign.
 They should give more attention to personal accomplishment and recognition
of the employee to increase the level of job satisfaction.
 They can give attention to the office decoration so that employee can stay
with comfort and relax to work there as a place.
 They should give the guidance regarding employee role, responsibility &
authority.
 Managers should concern about the facility and demand of junior level of
employee rather than selective officers by removing biasness.
Conclusion
As an emerging bank First Security Islami Bank limited is doing a great
and I feel proud to get chance and worked with this bank. I hope that
First Security Islami Bank Ltd will be one of the leading private banks
within few years.

Recommendations  The compensation should increase so that they can matches their compensation with their responsibility  They should ensure the overall job security to the employee by a contract sign.  They should give more attention to personal accomplishment and recognition of the employee to increase the level of job satisfaction.  They can give attention to the office decoration so that employee can stay with comfort and relax to work there as a place.  They should give the guidance regarding employee role, responsibility & authority.  Managers should concern about the facility and demand of junior level of employee rather than selective officers by removing biasness.
