3. INTRODUCTION
Human resources is the set of individuals who
make up the work force of an organization, business
sector, or economy. ‘Human capital’ is sometimes used
synonymously with human resources, although human
resource typically refers to a more narrow view (ie, the
knowledge the individuals embody and can contribute to
an organization).Likewise, others terms sometimes used
include “Manpower”, “talent”, ”labour”, or “simple
people”.
One major concern about considering
people as assets or resources is that they will be
commoditized and abused. Some analysis suggests that
human beings are not ‘commodities’ or ‘resources’, but
are creative and social beings in a productive enterprises.
4. k. suresh kumar have dedicated his
life not just to teaching but to inspiring creatively. His
effort have fetched them the National Award for the best
teacher 2012-2013 instituted by the ministry of Human
Resource Development in their respective category.
He won the award in the high
school category, trains his students at Abraham
Memorial Higher Secondary School, Thirumala ; here, to
learn physics through experiments rather than through
textbooks. He taught a full chapter on ‘Electricity’ solely
through experiments and activity-based sessions, which
earned him the National Award for New Teaching
Methods in 2004 instituted by the National Council for
Educational Research and Training.
“children often complain that they
find it difficult to solve the application-Level Questions in
physics. That is because the physics should be taught
5. through experiments,” says the teacher, who has been a
member of the state textbook preparation committee
since 1998.

His passion for physics prompted him to take a
loan to set up a physics museum for the students so that
they can conduct experiment.
“Allow children to learn on their own parents,
who do not let them out of their cocoon of care, are
doing more harm to their personality than good,”says
teacher, who regularly conducts personality
developments classes across schools.
CONCLUSION
Human Resources is an integral part of
any institution. without it, it is practically impossible to
work out an institution. Proper management of human
resources helps the organization of develop and achieve
more. It not only helps in the development of the
organization but also for the members of it.
