ગેર સમજણ: શુ ં લગ્ન, અિગ્ન ની સાક્ષીએ “ચોરી” ની િવિધ થી કરવા અને માણસ મરી જાય એટલે
“બાળવુ” (અિગ્ન સં કાર) એટલે કલમ ૧૮ નુ ં પાલન કહેવાય?

Mis‐understanding: Whether performing marriage ceremony as per Hindu ritual in witness of
holy fire and performing funeral of dead bodies (as against burial) means the clause 18 of Gnati
Reet Rivaj is complied with?
સમાજમાં ઘણા લોકોને આ વાતે ભ ૂલ કરી ર ા છે . ફક્ત લગ્ન અને મરણ નો પ્ર નથી. મુખ્ય પ્ર
છે બા આચરણ નો. આ પ્ર છે આંતિરક િન ઠા નો.
Many people in our Samaj mis‐understand this to be true. The question is not merely about
how the marriage and death ceremonies are conducted. The main question is about “outwardly
and perceived conduct of a person.” The question is of eternal faith.
મહ વના શ દો: કલમ ૧૮ ના મહ વ ના શ દો છે “જ મ”, “મરણો ર” અને “બા આચરણ”.
સમાજના દરક સ યના આચરણો જ મ થી મરણો ર ના બધાજ આચરણો સનાતન હ ુ ધમ ના
હોવા જોઈએ. આ વાક્ય અિત મહ વ નુ ં છે .
Important Words: Important words of Clause 18 are “Birth”, “Post Death” and “Outwardly and
perceived conduct”. Every member of our Samaj has to conduct outwardly in such a way of
preached by Hindu Religion. His conduct should also be perceived to be of a Hindu. This
statement is very important.
બા આચરણ એટલે ંુ
: સમાજના દરે ક યિક્ત ના બા આચરણ સનાતન િહંદુ ધમર્ ના હોવો
જોઈએ. એનો બીજો અથર્ એ છે કે જો કોઈ પણ યિક્ત, ખુ લે આમ, જાહેર જનતા જુવે તેમ, દાખલા
માટે મુસલમાન પીર ના દરગાહ માં કાયમ જાય અને તેને પુ ં , તેમજ મિ જદ માં નમાજ પડે, તો
એ માણસ ના બા આચરણ િહ દુઓના ન કહી શકાય.
બા આચરણ પર વધુ ચોખવટ માટે સાંભળો િહંમતભાઈ ના ભાષણ ની િક્લપ. નીચે જણાવેલ

Outwardly and perceived conduct: Every person of the Samaj should outwardly conduct
himself in such a way that his conduct makes one believe and perceive that he is a Hindu. In
other words, if any one, openly in the eyes of the public, for example regularly visits a Durgah of
Muslim Pir and offers his Namaz, then such person cannot be said to be conducting in a way
Hindus conduct.

હાલના માહોલમાં “બા આચરણ” ંુ કટ ંુ મહ વ છે : સતપંથ ધમર્ ના ખાના, જગ્યાં, જોતીશ ધામ,
િન કલંકી ધામ વા અ ય નામો થી ચાલતા “કહેવાતા” મંિદરો એ િહંદુ ધમર્ ના દે વ થાનો (મંિદરો)
નથી. તેમજ “ઈમામ શાહ” િહંદુ ના દે વ નથી. એટલે ઈમામ શાહ ને પ ૂજવા, પીરાણા ની દરગાહ
(પ્રેરણા પીઠ) , િન કલંકી ધામ, જગ્યાં, વગેરે માં જવું એ એક િહંદુ ના આચરણ ન કહેવાય.
What is the relevant of “Outwardly and perceived conduct” in present context: Khana, Jagya,
JyotishDham, Nishkalanki Dham and other places of worship of Satpanth religion, which may be
even called as Temples are not the places of worship of Hindus. Similary “Imam Shah” is also
not part of Hindu religion or things Hindus worship. This means that worshiping Imam Shah,
offering prayers at Pirana Dargah (Prerna Pith), Nishkalanki Dham, Jagya etc cannot be said to
be the conduct of Hindus.
એટલે લોકો ઈમામ શાહ ને ુ છે , તેમજ પીરાણા અને અ ય સતપંથ ખાનાઓ (મં દરો) માં
ય છે , એ લોકો ના આચરણો હ ુ ઓના નથી. એટલે આવા લોકો આપણા સમાજ ના સ ય ન
બની શક.
This means, those who worship Imam Shah and similarly visit Pirana and other Satpanth
Khanas (Temples) are not conducting themselves like Hindus do. Hence such people are
cannot become the members of the Samaj.

ં કમાં કહ એ તો સતપંથ ધમ પાળનાર લોકો આપણા સમાજ ના મે બર ન બની શક.
In short, Satpanth followers cannot become member of our Samaj.
