6. What Keywords Stand Out? Once you hit Go , it should be fairly easy to see what words stand out. For this example, the words employees, process, document, follow-up, enrollment and track all jump off the page. If I were applying for HR Generalist jobs, I would be sure to have these words included in my online profiles. If you do not get results that help you determine keywords (no words stand out), try starting over with more or less job descriptions. You can also click layout/re-layout with current settings to produce a new cloud with the same words and see if that helps. Be careful though, it can be fun to play and you may end up wasting time! 8. Complete and Review Now that your keywords are incorporated into your job search documents you are ready to update any old documents that may be hanging out in cyber space. I would update any online profile, even on company websites as quickly as possible.
