Scrum and Design Thinking are two ends to the means of product development. Where Scrum stops to provide ideas on how to develop a product from a "minimum viable product" stage to a upgraded result, design(ers) thinking kicks in. Both love cross-functional teams, both consider doing more than talking/planning and both methods heavily resonate with the generation Y. All in all: There is more, that these two methods share than what devides them.
