32. Stages of construction( G+1 Structure)
Necessary RCC foundation arrangement up to FGL was provided to support the steel frame.
The plinth level was generally 600mm high from the formation ground level. Light Gauge
Steel Frame Wall has been erected on the Plinth. The wall frame was securely fastened to the
plinth using hold down & fasteners.

33. Light Gauge Steel Frame Joist has been erected on Wall. MS Structure
frame work were provided to support the Joist in Corridor area. The Joist
will work as the support system for the intermediate floor slab.

34. GI Sheets rolled to desired profile ( deck sheet) was fixed on the joist act as
a shuttering. The composite slab construction using deck sheet cuts down
the slab thickness and dead weight of buildings.

35. Light Gauge Steel Roof Truss has been erected on wall. Roof Insulation has
been placed on the frame to create a temperature barrier. Colour coated
Galvalum profiled sheet were fixed on the frame with Self drilling screw to
