• A model for a way of Local Government and Design HE working
together to be trialed and tested

6. • Increase understanding of design educations role in
supporting innovation practices within local government,
through design-led action research.
• Explore the potential for co-design to democratize public
service and policy innovation and improve public outcomes.
• Co-design evaluative frameworks for assessing the role and
impact of design in local government service reform.
• Propose means by which benefits might be scaled up and
scaled out within other contexts.
