The Order status board is part of the base – but will expand depending on the optional modules that you have installed:The bar code will allow each department or station to scan the order and it will update the board letting you that it has entered or completed a certain stepYou can also “drill down” from the board to the actual order itself. In addition to being able to help you with data conversion from your existing application we also can help you import SKU’s from your vendor catalogs…Here is the list of ones that are included in our support ones..We can bring in other catalogs not on this list so long as you can get us the information from the vendor in a specific format – (point to chart on slide) there is a nominal fee for non standard catalog imports
Impress is very flexible and configurable right out of the box. However if there is something specific to your business that is not in Impress we do have the ability to modify the program. So even if you don’t need this ability right now its nice to have it available in case your business changes in the future. Impress can adapt to your business needs
Our implementation expert will come to your location to help train you and your staff.Over the years we have successfully implemented hundreds of Impress systems.We have taken that experience and developed our own specific methodology and implementation plan to help our new customers get up and running as quickly as possible and with the least amount of disruption.
Our support personnel are actual employees of the company and knowledgeable in Impress not an offshore support center. In addition to having their own experience they are also in the same building as the development team and basically sitting a few feet away from the people who wrote the system. So if there was a question that they themselves didn’t know the answer to they certainly have access to the highest authority there is to ask
