Rebirth of an Eagle.. a metaphor for change.

1. This is a story of an Eagle…

2. The Eagle has the longest life-span of its’ species

3. It can live up to 70 years

4. But to reach this age, the eagle must make a hard decision

5. Its’ long and flexible talons can no longer grab prey which serves as food In it’s 40 th Year

6. Its’ long and sharp beak becomes bent

7. It’s old-aged and heavy wings, due to their thick feathers, stick to it’s chest & make it difficult to fly

8. Then, the eagle is left with only two options: DIE or go through a painful process of CHANGE …….

9. The process requires that the eagle fly to a mountain top and sit on it’s nest

10. There the eagle knocks it’s beak against a rock until it plucks it out

11. Then the Eagle will wait for a new beak to grow back and then it will pluck out it’s talons

12. When it’s new talons grow back, the eagle starts plucking it’s old-aged feathers

13. And after this ,

14. 30 more years The eagle takes it’s famous flight of rebirth and lives for ... 30 more years .

15. Why is change needed ? In order to Survive and Live….!

16. We too have to start the change process. ...

17. Unpleasant Old Memories…, Negative Habits... and our fixed Mind Set. We sometimes need to get rid of …

18. Only freed from past burdens, can we take advantage of the present

19. In order to take on a New Journey ahead, Let go your Negative Old Limiting Beliefs, Open up your Fixed Mind Set, And let yourself Fly High again Like an Eagle..!
