A team of doctors at Care Hospital Nagpur performed a rectus muscle transposition surgery to treat a recurrent abdominal wall desmoid tumor. They excised the tumor with a 5 cm margin, dissected the left rectus abdominis muscle, and transposed the muscle to reset the abdominal wall with an inlay mesh for support. The surgery was successful, with primary healing achieved within 2 weeks and a stable abdominal wall restoration.
