Executive Summary We are passionate about uplifting women affected by GBV Our skills and talents are not in the GBV Space Funding is always going to be a barrier to entry We have no system to onboard interested volunteers yet We need a stronger marketing campaign We are operating at minimum capacity There is an appetite for our Facilitator Program from Facilitators, Community Centres and Members To fulfil our massive goals we do need assistance Our Sewing Incubator is a vehicle for us to have a product for our freelancers and Entrepreneurs 8 Things we have Learnt So Far Every women is a survivor of Oppression and Suppression in some aspect of their lives Our skills and talents ARE in Building Entrepreneurs, as well as Courses and Supportive Networks Sewing incubator is an income generator to break the barrier of Funding gaps Tapping into our network to create a "Grassroots Future Females Learning Portal" Stronger focus on marketing for visibility, (Intern?) We have capacity to increase our intake, but need to build up some more capital Finalise Marketing and Funding Plan ASAP for 'Grassroots FFF/FF Toolkit' Network, Network, Network Self-sustaining income through our Sewing Incubator 8 Opportunities we have

Financials Summary We have had unexpected increases and expenses Our rent and utilities have gone up Our equipment repairs have been quite high We have a loan of R 79 000 payable by Dec Youth Empowerment facilitator fee of R 1000p/m being sponsored, so doesn't reflect We have the potential of doing a trade exchange for our office rental (in the pipeline) We have R25 000 coming in from a completed sewing job for July We have a guaranteed job for bags @ R20 a bag x R 1100 bags = R 22 000 total. Reimagined Narrative We aim to Eradicate GBV through the empowerment of all women who have experienced Oppression or Suppression in their lives We define this as Patriarchy, Gender inequality in the workplace, Religious conditioning, societal norms, GBV, abuse of Power, Emotional and Mental abuse Our daughters and granddaughters will never experience Oppression and suppression in their lifetime We will provide the perfect toolkit to every woman we reach that will allow them access their Power within Educate and Upskill them through our network and library of courses and mentors This is not a movement to only eradicate Gender-Based-Violence completely, but rather a movement to for Gender Equality through Education and Empowerment
