How I Got An Xbox 360
Growing up I was very active. I enjoyed going outside and playing sports. Most of the time my
friends and I would throw the football, ride four wheelers, or do anything that included being active
and moving around. Then there were days it would be raining and we could not go outside, or it be
night time and had to stay inside. When I could not go outside, I was bored and I complained about
being bored all the time. We did not have much technology items in our house. So, finding stuff to
do to entertain myself was a challenge. Then I started playing video games, I got a phone, and I
found out that "YouTube" had come out and that change my life. I got an Xbox 360 when I was ten.
My step dad had a PlayStation and I played it some, but this Xbox 360 was my first gaming console.
The first Xbox was released and many people had it, even my cousin. There was about twenty–five

learning most impacted my persona and changed me as a leader. These elements of learning include

This presentation was interesting to me because I have done my own studies on the subject in order
to become a better leader and father. The most interesting aspect of the conversation was the input
from others in the class. It was nice to know that others were feeling the same way that I was when
attempting to relate to the up and coming generation. My roommate put it best to me in the form of
an analogy; a professional coach in sports does not ask their players to conform to their rule, they
conform to what works for the players. This analogy helped me understand that I need to be more

I interviewed the human resource team member, Sonya, who is assigned to my department at work.
She was involved with or conducted 360 degree appraisals up until roughly six months ago when
she started with the current company. I spoke with Sonya about what exactly she considered a 360
degree appraisal. She told me that customarily nearly all of the information covered in the
performance area is leadership, teamwork, communication skills, and adaptability to new situations
or last minute assignments. While we were talking about this she did go over some of the
differences between 180 degree appraisals and the 360 degree ones. One of the main differences that
she pointed out is that 360 degree involves customer feedback that goes along with the leaders and
teammates. Sonya did have some mixed feeling regarding 360 degree appraisals and feedback, in
which will be discussed later, nonetheless Sonya feels that if done correctly, they can provide
