2. RESPONSIBILIIES
 Ensure excellent discipline and grooming standards are displayed
at all times while on duty.
 To ensure all relevant staff and GSE are in attendance for aircraft
arrivals at -15 minutes to ETA with all the necessary documents
like various checklist , LDM , LIR
 Pre briefing to the team for loading , offloading , transfer bags ,
special handling , Dg handling , wheel chair handling , UNMR ,
stretcher handling , HUM handling m Val cargo handling
 Pre & post Checks of FOD & Equipment’s
 Ensure SSR of unaccompanied minors, young passengers,
wheelchair, elderly and passengers with special needs have been
met
 Generate Loading Instruction Report (LIR) and Load & Trim Sheet
as necessary according to relevant instructions in company Load
Planning System, Departure Control System,
 Marshaling of aircraft
 To ensure that ramp staff provide a swift service related to
passenger/baggage/cargo handling
 Fill the ramp filling, During the flight ensure everyone is smooth,
safe and flight is on time,
 Giving departure in minimum turnaround time with full safety &
security
 Coordinating with all the department before releasing EZFW
 Plan load for all flights to ensure that hold capacities and all
limitations are not exceeded the allowed traffic load and center of
gravity remain within limits,
 Ensure balance calculations are performed correctly and
conditions of loaded aircraft, including LMCs, are within prescribed
limits, Control the aircraft center of gravity to ensure saving fuel
consumption
 To perform the ‘6 point check’ on every Load sheet, every time.
 To sign off the legal documentation required for any flight.
 To ensure that the airlines carry maximum payload,
 In the event of a system failure prepares manual weight & balance
documentation to ensure uninterrupted work flow.
 To make LMC Changes on load sheets, in compliance with
customer airlines procedures, ensuring the legal and safety
implications are observed and adhered to at all time
