•  My	voice	is	an	individual	feature	and	is	
influenced	by	different	factors.		
•  It	is	up	to	me	(i.e.	by	excercising)	to	use	my	voice	
consciously	and	to	bring	across	the	content	I	
want	to.		
•  The	more	I	have	in	common	with	my	dialogue	
partner	and	the	more	I	know	about	him/her,	the	
more	likely	it	is	that	he/she	will	understand	my	
message	correctly.
