realized until working in the school how many kids feel like no one cares about them and when they

in students as she began working with them. She said that students fall to peer pressure most of the
time, so when you start working in groups with them or with their class as a whole you can see their

Cultural relativism is the idea that all cultures are equal and no one is better than another. This way of
thinking was created and elaborated on by three main philosophers. Franz Boas, Alain Locke and
Robert Lowie were nineteenth century philosophers who shaped the ideas on concepts of Cultural
Relativism. These three men focused on the idea that one cannot judge other cultures because they
only see through eyes that have been influenced by their surroundings. They used relativist ideas that
existed already and expressed them on the world and the many different cultures that exist in it. They
created a mainly atheistic viewpoint in which the idea of a central moral truth and a higher power was
discounted. Only the people within a culture could create moral codes and laws for themselves. Franz

Currently, the federal minimum wage is $7.25 an hour (part of the Fair Labor Standards Act) and some
states and cities have raised their minimum wage even higher than that. minimum wage was first
introduced during the great depression in 1930s. Before it was introduced thousands of people were
forced to work in horrible conditions for pennies a week. Early attempts on minimum wage was ruled
unconstitutional by the U.S supreme court, because it restricted people from deciding what they
wanted to pay their workers. So employers still made there workers, work in horrible condition

Saying that, some assumption must be taken. The design is supposed to meet the demand of whole
year with low variation of efficacy. Waste water treatment plants consists on a series of processes and
units to produce a specific effluent of known composition and flow rate. These treatments are essential
to deal with domestic, industrial and agricultural contaminations and pollutants mainly considering
solids of organic nature. The main focus on this design will be organic compounds in the domestic
waste water BOD (Biochemical Oxygen Demand) and TSS (Total Suspended Solids). Based on the
Royal Commission for UK and Ireland the concentrations of effluents to be disposed on receiving
water are 20mg/L for BOD5 and 30mg/L for TSS as theses parameters apparently would not cause any
harm and will not be favourable for other process such as eutrophication. Considering that
Severodvinsk is situated close to the Dvina River and White Sea these concentrations does not need to
be highly restricted once that there is plenty of water available for further dilutions. Is important to
have in mind that low parameters involves high investments in processes and equipments. Before start

Investigating the behavior of animals is essential to understanding the implications for why an animal
may do things the way they do. It helps shine some light on a subject that is not heavily researched
and give us a better understanding of the feeding behavior, reproductive patterns, seasonal movement
and communication between other animals. As boring or bland as animal observation may be it gives
us an increased outlook on the many reasons for an animal s demeanor. I got the opportunity to
observe and analyze White tailed Deer in their natural habitat and get a better understanding for that of
their various behaviors. White tails in general have interesting behavioural characteristics that define
them as a species and enable their survival in the wild.
Food is an essential part of the survival of a species from one generation to the next carrying over
good genes or genes of malnutrition, famine and death. Throughout this project, I was able to observe
some interesting feeding behavior carried out by that of White tailed Deer. For example, after
analyzing my observations, I came to the conclusion that White tails eat a variety of foods from
various fruits, grasses, twigs, sedges and aquatic plants. On August twenty third, day one of
