2. Primary questions to use to create rapid change
• “Why are you here?” “Why else?”
• “How will you know that the problem has disappeared?”
• “How do you know you have this problem?”
• “When do you do it?” “When don’t you do it?”
• “Was there a time when you didn’t have this problem?”
• If yes - ”What was different then?”
• “What is the relationship between then and your current situation in life?"
• “What happened the first time you did it?"
• “What has happened since then?"

5. 4 different ways of how we look at things to create
meaningful change:
• These will help you shift your perception from any negative event in the
past, or help you prepare for positive outcomes in the future.
• #1. Self - When we look at things through our own perception.
• #2. Others - When we look at things through other people’s perception.
• #3. Observer - This is a more disassociated position as an external
observer.
• #4. Distant observer - This is the most disassociated position of all. We are
completely disassociated from the event with a much higher point of view.
• Disassociated Position- Anytime we are not associated with an event (past
or future). This helps you create momentum, and helps you move forward
from any situation towards where you want to go (increases your
motivation).
