Abstract
This paper gives a summary of each Microsoft Office application: Word, Excel, Access, and
PowerPoint. For each application, common user errors will be identified, as well as step by step
strategies to diagnose and troubleshoot the problems for each application. The step by step
instructions are written for a beginner and intermediate user level. A PowerPoint presentation is
included that resembles an actual presentation that could be used for training application support
staff.

Strategies to diagnose and troubleshoot such problems are usually conducted by having the
customer recall everything that he or she did before and after the problem occurred. This can help
narrow down what exactly the problem is. Asking questions about what exactly the customer is
trying to accomplish at the time can also help narrow down the problem. After discovering the
problem, the support person is able to research the solution and ask the customer to follow through
step by step as he or she instructs them how to complete the procedure to solve the problem. For
beginner and intermediate users, it is a good suggestion for the support person to give details and
lengthier explanations with each step so it is easier for the customer to understand and follow along
without any further problems. After fixing the problem, the support person should assist the
customer by teaching him or her how to complete the procedure correctly to avoid any further
errors, again by being more specific with the instructions for beginner and intermediate users. When
the problem is solved and fixed and the user is knowledgeable on how to complete the procedure
the next time without any help, the support person should assume the user does not know about the
help menu included in the program and its capabilities to assist them with errors.

painted background lacks depth and the perspective is ignored giving the viewer the impression
that the scene is more suggested than painted and that it does not take place in an outdoor, but in a
studio. This impression is reinforced by an unrefined light that casts no shadows. Nevertheless, flat
application of color, and lack of subtle gradation are obvious in the painting. Manet did not hide the
brushstrokes on purpose, there are even some parts that look unfinished. Moreover, although there

Working long, hard shifts to help customers buy clothes and gifts is the opposite of what

In the book, I Am Malala, Malala discusses how women face inequality in Pakistan and
Afghanistan. Malala was named after Malalai of Maiwand, who was a folk hero who lead her
people to victory. Prime Minister Benazir Bhutto, was also a prominent role model for women, but
unfortunately was assassinated by a suicide attack. Both woman had a great impact on the rights of
women in the Pakistan/Afghanistan region. However, I believe that Malala promoted the equality of
women better than Benazir. Women worldwide suffer verbal, emotional, physical, and sexual
abuse, along with their sequelae, such as traumatic injuries, sexually transmitted diseases, chronic
pain, eating and sleeping disorders, other psychiatric conditions, and alcohol and drug abuse. To

I want to make huge strides in the animal assisted therapy world, and be able to reach out to

Racism has been the most provocative topic in American history; it has seemed to transcend
other struggles, and fester its way into almost every facet of American culture. It has grown like
weeds in an unattended garden in to the ideology of America. Politicians use it as a tool for
reelection, corporations use it as a way to exploit, and the media uses it as a way to control. But
the underlying question is where did it come from, how did it translate itself into political power,

Central to these laws was the provision that black slaves, and the children of slave women, would
serve for life. This premise, combined with the natural population growth among the slaves, meant
that slavery could survive and grow even after slave imports were outlawed in 1808. This was one
of the first instances of race translating itself into political power in early colonial America.
By the middle of the 18th century slavery was widely accepted in the colonies. There was no way
to hide it, between 1680 and 1750 the proportion of slaves in America grew from 4.6 of the
population to over 20 percent. In the southern colonies slavery went from about 5 percent to 40
percent of the population. Throughout most of the colonial period, opposition to slavery among
white Americans was virtually nonexistent. Settlers in the 17th and early 18th centuries came from
sharply stratified societies in which the wealthy savagely exploited members of the lower classes.
Lacking a later generation s belief in natural human equality, they saw little reason to question the
enslavement of Africans. As they sought to mold a docile labor force, planters resorted to harsh,
repressive measures that included liberal use of whipping and branding. That way of thinking
would change, as the colonies would move toward war.
