One of the signs of passing youth, is the birth of a sense of fellowship with other human beings as we

On Friday, August 15, 2016 at approximately 1010 hours, I responded to Econo Lodge, 1350
Dogwood Drive in reference to a physical altercation. The complainant/victim Kaiesha Winston stated
she beaten up and her belonging were taken in room 108. Myself and Sargent Staton made contacted
with Winston and noticed that she had abrasions on her face, and her hair was in a disarray. Winston
stated medical attention was not need; therefore, I conducted a field interview. Winston stated when
she was inside of her motel room, Haisha Broomes entered the room. Once she entered the room,
Broomes accused Winston of taking/stealing approximately $3,000.00 from her hotel room. Winston
stated Broomes entered the Hotel room with Shamecca D Agostino and Justin Phillips. Winston stated
when they entered the room, a verbal altercation occurred that turned physical, with Broomes.

discusses that these adolescents and their parents were assessed at intake, then randomly assigned to
either the family based therapy or peer group therapy treatment, and then reassessed six weeks after
