DESIGN, AND CUTTING-EDGE TECHNOLOGY. THEY HAVE DEVELOPED ADVANCED SAFETY FEATURES AND

 Surjeet Group is one of the largest automobile chain in central India today with
acclaimed global brands at multiple locations from passenger cars to two wheelers and
tyres across the state of Madhya Pradesh.
 At, Surjeet Hyundai, we expertise in the field of understanding the requirement of our
customers across various segments and perfecting the art delivering the same which has
led us to be the most recognized and most respected Hyundai Motor India Limited
(HMIL) sales and service dealership in the state today.
 Besides the passion of running multiple HMIL dealerships in Bhopal and Indore along
with the regional sales outlets in Sehore and Raisen, the entire team at Surjeet Hyundai
is fundamentally very strong helping us reach out to our customers through offering a
sales and after-sales touch point in close proximity to them.

Business Process Re-engineering BPR
 Business process re-engineering(BPR)is a mangement practice in which the related
tasks required to obtain a specific business outcome are radically redesigned. A
major role of BPR is to analyze workflows within and between business functions in
order to optimize the end to end business process and eliminate tasks that do not
improve performance or provide the customer with value.
 The concept of BPR was laid out in a 1990 Harvard Business Review article,”
 “Reengineering Work:Don’t Automate,obliterate”by the late Michael Hammer,a
management author and professor of computer science at the Massachusetts
Institute of Technology.
How does business process reengineering work?
To achieve a significant improvement in quality, time management,
speed and probability, the authors urged business to follow seven
principles:
1.Organize around outcomes, not tasks
2.Identify all the processes in an organization and prioritize them in order of
redesign urgency.
3.Integrate information processing work into the real work that produces the
information.
4.Treat geographically dispersed resources as though they were centralized.
5.Link parallel activities in the workflow instead of just integrating their results
6.Put the decision point where the work is performed and build control into the
process.
7.Capture information once and at the source.

 Corporate communications refers to the strategies and activities that
organizations use to manage and convey their messages to various
stakeholders, both internally and externally.
 This includes communication with employees, customers, investors, the
media, and the general public.
 Effective corporate communications play a crucial role in shaping a
company's reputation and building trust.
 It encompasses various channels such as press releases, social media,
email, internal memos, and more.

Business Process Re-engineering BPR  Business process re-engineering(BPR)is a mangement practice in which the related tasks required to obtain a specific business outcome are radically redesigned. A major role of BPR is to analyze workflows within and between business functions in order to optimize the end to end business process and eliminate tasks that do not improve performance or provide the customer with value.  The concept of BPR was laid out in a 1990 Harvard Business Review article,”  “Reengineering Work:Don’t Automate,obliterate”by the late Michael Hammer,a management author and professor of computer science at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.

To achieve a significant improvement in quality, time management, speed and probability, the authors urged business to follow seven principles: 1.Organize around outcomes, not tasks 2.Identify all the processes in an organization and prioritize them in order of redesign urgency. 3.Integrate information processing work into the real work that produces the information. 4.Treat geographically dispersed resources as though they were centralized. 5.Link parallel activities in the workflow instead of just integrating their results 6.Put the decision point where the work is performed and build control into the process. 7.Capture information once and at the source.
