JEMP is a student association at Politecnico di Milano that fills the gap between students and the professional world through practical work experiences and training. Composed of around 50 students each year, JEMP operates as a non-profit consulting company and is part of the international Junior Enterprise movement. Students gain experience through projects, teamwork, decision making, and problem solving. Services include business plans, marketing strategies, websites, and branding. As an engineering-focused organization based in Milan, a design capital, JEMP combines engineering and design skills.
