Project Resources :
Consultant team will consist of 6 (Six) members :
1. Project Manager
2. Sharepoint Solution Architect
3. Designer
4. Sharepoint Developer (3 persons)
Logistics :
1. Desk for 3 persons in Medco office, with intranet and internet connection
2. 3 access accounts to Medco intranet, on-site and remote-access both to production
and development environment
3. Administrator privilege
4. Development & testing environment that resides in the MedcoEnergi domain.
5. All hardwares and softwares licenses involved in the development.

Scope of Work :
1. Establish a development and testing/staging environment
2. Alternative design to the proposed design from Medco.
3. Customized and build the components, to fully comply with
Sharepoint platform rules and environment. This might require
technologies such as AJAX and Silverlight.
4. Implement the new design on October 28, 2009 as the target
LIVE date.
5. Implement the Portal Governance.
6. Deliver training to Administrator, Content Owner, Content
Editor
7. The scope of work mainly do the implementation on HOME or
the FRONTPAGE and related components. It DOES NOT include
working on the other pages.
