Instructions:
For the Filling:
In a pan, heat a little oil and sauté the garlic and onions
until they become translucent.
Add the ground pork or chicken and cook until it's no
longer pink.
Stir in the soy sauce, oyster sauce, and vegetables
(carrots, potatoes, red bell pepper, and green peas). Cook
until the vegetables are slightly tender. Season with salt
and pepper to taste. Set aside to cool.

TOASTING
Instruction for Toasted Cassava Pao:
• Preheat the Oven to 350°F (175°C)
• Arrange on a Baking Sheet: Place to the siopao on the
baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Ensure
there is more space between each siopao to allow for
even toasting
• Toasting: Place the Baking sheet with the siopao in the
preheated oven. Toast the Siopao for about 10-15
minutes ,or until they turn slightly brown
• Serve: Once toasted, remove the siopao from the oven
and let them cool for a few minutes before serving.
